Yesterday I downloaded a running app and it didn't work, but today I got a new one and it works!
So below are today's results, not the greatest but I am at least trying! Oh and I am not ashamed to show you how sweaty I am and how icky I look, I had a lot of fun running and I ain't afraid to show it!
