Hello everyone! Today was my first day back at CrossFit! As part of my bucket list was to get healthy, well part of getting healthy is exercise! You all know that! I went to the noon class and was surprised people still remembered me besides my Godfather Brian. I was welcomed backed with open arms!
So here was the workout
50-40-30-20-10
Double unders (jumping once, and getting the rope under you twice)
10-8-6-4-2
Legs to bar
I was so amazed I was able to keep up with the rest of the class! But it came at a price, and you know your a TRUE crossfitter if you brag about your scars!
