Hi everyone! I am back from my trip to the Grand Canyon! It was so fun! We celebrated my birthday up there and took a train ride!

The store is open again, sorry I had to close it for a week due to any orders that could have come in while I was gone!

Day 1

Hello everyone! Today was my first day back at CrossFit! As part of my bucket list was to get healthy, well part of getting healthy is exercise! You all know that! I went to the noon class and was surprised people still remembered me besides my Godfather Brian. I was welcomed backed with open arms!

So here was the workout
50-40-30-20-10
Double unders (jumping once, and getting the rope under you twice)

10-8-6-4-2
Legs to bar

I was so amazed I was able to keep up with the rest of the class! But it came at a price, and you know your a TRUE crossfitter if you brag about your scars!

Yay Friday!

The weekend is coming quickly! I always feel Friday is the longest day of the week!

The family is compiling all the supplies for our trip! Next Monday, we will officially be on vacation!

This weekend I am planning on making a Link amigurumi! I am stoked!

Make a thought Thursday

So here are my thoughts just thrown on my blog, the way they come out is how they are in my brain, all scrambled so I hope you bear with me.

It has been a little over a month since my relationship ended. We were together for almost 2 years. You kinda have to just pick up the pieces and keep going. I know now that my heart really needs to heal full before I jump into another relationship.

I have cut the vein to Facebook for 2 months. I only did that because I found myself just looking at his profile, just to see how he is healing. It totally only made it worse! So I prayed about and I feel God was telling me, grow stronger in my word, and we will work all of this out together!

On a positive note, the lord has blessed me with really Godly friends that I can study the word with and I can talk to.

These next couple of weeks are going to be Absolutely crazy. Our family is preparing our trip to the canyon for a week. After that I am back for a couple days, then I am off the Cali.
